Customer needs to download the mobile application which are available on
Andriod and IOS platform.
Customer need to launch the app and get yourself registered sign in with following 6 step
information :-
1. Name
2. Mobile number
3. Email
4. Password
5. Date of birth
Customer will receive OTP for phone verification, which needs to put
6. Customer need to upload driving license & Govt. id proof (College id, adhaar card,
passport)
And you become registered user to avail our services. You will have to produce the original
copies of the document uploaded while you go to pick up the scooter.
You can book the ride and enjoy environment free non-pollutive and feel proud to be part of this.
Launch the App through icon available on your mobile screen and provide the following
Information:-
a) Require time in hours or minutes (minimum 15 minutes)
b) Choose the scooter number as per availability
c) Pickup the scooter and ride with pride as non-pollutive ambassador
App will provide following information which helps to choose the suitable scooter for you:-
a) User rating,
b) Rates
c) Current time
d) Calculated End time
The app provides facility to the customer to choose various models of eScooters available to
them with the customer rating, rates etc. Customer need to put the information regarding
require rental duration End time is calculated by the app. Customer can book in advance
before reaching to the hub nearby and the billing will start once you pick up the scooter.
Customer while on ride can EXTEND the ride if he feels that he require more time. App
allows you to END the ride if you are near to the Ride-E Hub otherwise END button will not
appear. Customer while booking also shows the distance of the eScooter from the current
location of customer.
App also provides onscreen road assistance and SOS buttons in-case customer need any
support. Our Quick response team and Road Assistance team will act accordingly and take
the corrective action immediately.
Registered customer have to provide the payment details either credit/debit card or can
maintain balance in Ride-E wallet available in the app. Customer will receive the invoice of
each ride at the END of ride.
Existing Customer can earn Ride-E promo codes of discounts with referring this to their
friends and families
