Rideshare

Rideshare enables a community of registered users to share rides in an easy and comfortable way, spontaneously and without the need for planning or a reservation. It is intended to enable users access to convenient and affordable transportation for their daily needs for mobility.

The registration requires an email, phone and ID assessment.

Passengers who look for a ride are shown and notified about approaching registered drivers who want to share a ride in their vehicle.
Drivers who want to share a ride in their vehicle are shown and notified about approaching registered passengers who look for a ride.

Users can choose to be seen by same gender only or all gender. The App enables drivers and passenger to see users within a 10km range. Name and vehicle details can be seen within 1km. Within 500m drivers and passengers are notified by voice and on screen about the approaching user. Once drivers and passengers have agreed on a shared ride, a check-in functionality is performed to log the shared ride. At the end of the ride the check-out is triggered by one user and both are asked to complete the rating.
