This photography is showcased at the Australian Professional Photography Awards, 2017.

Although only the 2D version is judged, these images represent a step forward in image making using 80 cameras, photogrammetry and sculpting tools.

This is the first time that photography of this nature has been submitted to the awards based entirely on 3D Augmented Reality work.

The images have been embellished to create an extension of what is captured in real life.

These images will go on display at various events around Australia and visitors are invited to download the app to investigate for themselves a new era of image making.

Mark Ruff is an accredited, Australian Institute of Professional Photographers (AIPP), Master of Photography and received the Australian Cinematographers Society award for Innovation and Advancement of Cinematography.
