The Risk Track App supports a research study that aims to identify risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease amongst adults aged 45 years based on their lifestyle choices and family history. The app provides patients with an easily accessible interface to record their daily and weekly activities and health measurements on their mobile device and asses them against user defined goals. Risk can be calculated by answering a few simple questions.

The study is being conducted by researchers from the University of NSW, Australia. The app has been developed at CSIRO’s Australian eHealth Research Centre.
