RITcontrol

RITcontrol application is a tool to control and monitor „RITbox“ heating systems produced by Ritop s.r.o.. Applications based on technology WGI and gives to user comfort and easy control of heating, no matter where the user is located, either driving or at home with mobile phone or on the couch with a tablet.

• Online control and monitoring
RITcontrol provides online control and monitoring of your heating system, including a weekly scheduler. The application offers maximum flexibility and simplicity in control of various models of RITbox heating systems from more than one device simultaneously, creates full deluxe comfort for users and reduces commissioning and operating costs of the heating system.

• Architecture
RITbox system is a modular system and consists of various control units which provide flexibility for both end users and companies who provide installation and maintenance services. This concept fulfills to the end user needs and meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers. Thanks for advanced technology and architecture RITbox system heating can be easily serviced and always available and under control.

• Reports
Error and alarm reports accessible from local connection via LAN or WiFi and remotely as well, but in case if the system is connected to the Internet.

• Advanced features
Application RITcontrol can provide more information and control features to end users according to his requirements, such as heating of swimming pool and sauna, irrigation, ventilation, measurement of electricity and heating energy consumption, connection and control systems like air conditioning, security systems, cameras and many other electrical devices up to integration into branded system of "smart house".

• Standard connection
Connection of RITcontrol application to the system RITbox is not require special LAN or WiFi network devices that give easy and will quickly integrating into the existing home network.

• Multi-profile connection
RITcontrol application supports multi-profile connection that gives to end user or service company possibility to connect to more than one RITbox system from one mobile telephone or tablet. Each new profile stored locally in a mobile device memory. At each start, the application offers a list of created early profiles for quick connection and start of RITbox dashboard.

Type of supported profiles:
• Local connection (LAN, Wifi) over IP controller and user credentials.
• Internet connection over the public (static) IP address and port redirection
• Internet service connected via proxy server ***

*** Internet connection via a proxy server is a paid service and used when it is not possible to provide a public (static) IP address.

Note:
When user first time connects to RITbox application uploads the necessary data from heating system controller and it may take some time, this greatly accelerates further work operation.
