We understand different rental units have different setups and inspection needs. Renting out a detached house could require more inspection effort than leasing out a basement suite. The traditional paper inspection form pre-defines the standard setup of a two-bedroom rental unit leaving limited writing space for additional rooms or facilities that require attention. Our companion app allows users to flexibly create a customized list of inspection spots for the units to be rented out.

Photo capturing is now possible when documenting an inspection spot using the Roomia app. It not only avoids wordy description of an inspection condition but also allows a better visual comparison of the rental unit between your move-in and move-out inspections.

- Instant distribution of signed inspection report
At the end of an inspection session, both parties could electronically sign the report to finalize the process. A copy of the report could also be distributed to various stakeholders for future reference or be archived in your favorite online drive. All inspection reports can be printed out and ready to be served to your tenants.
