RootsNOW - Weyerhaeuser

RootsNOW is a user-friendly app that helps users stay connected to company news, forestry and the wood products industry information. When you use RootsNOW, you’ll get access to:
• A fresh news story every day
• Urgent or breaking company news
• Reminders for events and activities that require action
• Specific content for locations and/or work groups
• Weekly polls!
• Quick access to other Weyerhaeuser resources

With a RootsNow account, users will enjoy the fully personalized capabilities of the app. For users without an account, the RootsNow app lets you stay informed about the forestry and wood products industry, Weyerhaeuser careers and other information about the Weyerhaeuser organization. The mobile app works in conjunction with your company’s RootsNOW infrastructure. This app is available at no cost to RootsNOW users as a mobile compliment to the RootsNOW platform.

The app asks your permission to receive push notifications, find your location (when maps are in use within the app), and access the camera and photo library to allow you to submit photos. The app will still function without these permissions but you will miss out on some of the enhanced features of the app.
