It includes the trainer version and user version. The trainer version includes training plan, programming, on-demand content, streaming content, on-site training, nutritional advice and other functions.
The user version includes functions such as viewing and implementing training plans, on-demand content training, training in treaming sessions and offline training, feedback to trainers, uploading health and training stats, share content with social media accounts etc.
