This application purpose target is to encourage the citizen participation into a further sophisticated road safety updated system assisting ARA to identify better future problems and such road fatalities cases they face day by day.
This system as well makes possible in a real time the publication and all grievances/complaints of the citizens as well as the actions taken or/and replies given from ARA to each relevant reported case. This system is done in full compliance with all laws in power in order to protect all personal data of the citizen. The user might select individually the anonym category. This Project was completed through the fund and expertise of the World Bank Maintenance and Performance project in cooperation with ARA
