Rush Team allows for Greek organizations to manage potential new members more easily and efficiently than ever before. Built primarily for Greek chapters, Rush Team seeks to optimize the recruitment process such that it is as simple and painless as possible.

Through a secure online system, each chapter can have their own members, who can only join their group by providing the correct password upon registering their account. Once in, a user can add new recruits, or provide feedback to existing recruits through an elegant comment and rating system. Users can also see what comments or ratings the recruit has already been given, determining their overall favorability amongst the others.

Recruit profiles offer the opportunity to store an image as well as basic information, making it far easier to both remember and recognize recruits who could otherwise have been mistaken for someone else or forgotten entirely.

Voting has never been easier. Using a simple swipe-card system, the entire chapter can vote in a matter of minutes and at any time to decide who will proceed with your recruitment process.
