We are the ONLY indoor cycling studio in Los Angeles' South Bay to offer HEATED indoor cycling classes to take your workouts to the next-level — torching calories (400-800 or more, per 45 minute ride), detoxifying the body, and helping you train like the athlete YOU are.

Our instructors are specially trained in the FYR Method to be Bad*ss, expert, rhythm-riding, cycling gurus, who to create epic music playlists and curate lighting to guide you through an emotionally and physically transformative experience.
