Features:
1. This application makes tracking workouts simple.
2. Track your runs (walks) through the run tracker.
3. It provides analytics of target muscles based on your workouts.
4. Share your workouts and get motivated.
5. Estimate calories based on BMR calories estimation. It can be difficult to figure out calories burned, but just by logging your workout we can crunch the numbers.
6. Supports activities including weight lifting, power lifting, olympic lifting, running, rowing, and general cardio and aerobics. It is an ever growing database of exercises.
