SA Constitution

SA Constitution or Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, is one of the most progressive in the world and enjoys high acclaim internationally.
SA Constitution, 1996, was approved by the Constitutional Court (CC) on 4 December 1996 and took effect on 4 February 1997.
The SA Constitution is the supreme law of the land. No other South African Law or Legislation or government action can supersede the provisions of the SA Constitution.
