For pupils, there’s access to lots of practical advice and tips to help stay safe online. The Safer Schools NI app is designed to be a trusted friend, providing pupils with information when you need it, where you need it, all in your pocket! There’s guidance on creating strong passwords on devices and setting the best privacy settings on social media and gaming platforms. Young people can get advice about healthy relationships and trusted adults. The app is here to help with those tough issues too; the Online Safety sections provides advice on bullying, mental health or losing control of an image you have shared.
