SaferPlaces is a personal safety and alerting app to help keep you and your staff safe in the workplace, using alerts/notifications to tell others instantly when you need help, or you need to alert others of an issue.
SaferPlaces has been designed predominantly with lone or vulnerable workers in mind, from teachers needing help in the classroom to construction, social work or other industries where staff a frequently working alone. Remote staff, estate agents, telecoms engineers, even zoos… the possibilities are endless. But regardless of where you work, if you can benefit from instant, private internal notifications for you and your colleagues,  the SaferPlaces is the app for you.
 
 
With SaferPlaces you can send and receive important notifications, emergency alerts and requests for help to and from your colleagues in just a few taps, in a private platform just for your organisation. Notifications are via push messages to all users in your organisation using the app.

IMPORTANT: The SaferPlaces App only works with a connected organisation – your place of work will need to be using the SaferPlaces Admin platform first.
 
 
Unlimited Messages - Send unlimited alerts to individuals or groups, or broadcast an emergency to your whole organisation - no charges for any alerts.
 
Unlimited Possibilities – Request help for medical issues, let others know you have arrived safely, warn or a fire drill, call maintenance for help with a leak, tell all staff about an intruder onsite. Instantly. Everyone.
 
Get Feedback – Optionally ask colleagues for a response. Locking down the office in an emergency? Ask each colleague to tell you they are safe.
 
Totally Private – Unlike other services, SaferPlaces does not operate a call or response centre – all alerts and messages only go to your colleagues using the SaferPlaces app.
 
More Private than Messaging Apps - In addition, SaferPlaces takes the bare minimum of information from each user just to enable them to log into the app, and keeps this private to just you, and your workplace admins. No one you send and alert to, or receive one from, will ever see anything more about you than your name and photo, no mobile number sharing!
 
Control your Members – Only colleagues you invite to your organisation will be available to alerts and see those notifications in their app. Join with QR codes you share with them, and you can suspend their access at any time, or remove colleagues who have left.
 
Highly customisable - You set the alerts, who can send each, who will receive each, the colours, the logos, the messages, the feedback options… everything!
 
Location Aware - Optionally send your location using your devices GPS for remote or roaming staff, or for multi-site organisations.
 
NOTE: SaferPlaces does not interact with the emergency services and should not be used as a replacement for calling then using a telephone – this is for internal alerting and ‘calls for help’ from your colleagues.
