Sainsbury's Tech Academy

The app works in three very simple steps.

Step 1 – Your Profile

Complete a very short profile which will include your contact details, location and a little about your educational achievements.

We use this information to match you to suitable roles within our Technical Academy.

Step 2 – Your Assessments

Take two in-app assessments which should take you around 8-12 minutes per test. We use this information, combined with some information from your profile, to match you to roles within our Technical Academy.

Step 3 – Get matched to a role

If successful, congratulations! You have passed the first stage of our assessment process and been matched to a role within our Technical Academy.

If you are not matched, don’t worry. We may not currently have a role which suits your particular skill set but check back in the future as other roles come up. We hope you enjoyed the experience and appreciate the instant feedback on your application.
