Sake Brewing

It shows a video of sake brewing of sake-brewery Motomiya Sakamise.
The brewery is located in Ehime Prefecture in Japan and brews "Kaimei" sake.

You can see the rare process of "Soushibori" that is the traditional way of squeezing sake.
It has become uncommon these days and the major manufacturers don`t employ this technique.
Motomiya Sakamise is a sake-brewery built in the Edo era and has the history for longer than 200 years.

We show photographs inside in the valuable brewery building in Japan.
