You will get flat rate of 15JPY/30sec when calling with prefix number (0037-691).
"SakuraDial application" automatically adds prefix number to the calls made in the application.

Calling destinations include
USA, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, China, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, and more.

At Sakura Mobile, all free minute calls within the monthly allowance of the Voice+data SIM card contract must be made with a prefix number (0037-691). This application helps customers who have monthly Voice+data SIM card plan make free minute calls without hassle.
