Sales Script is a mobile app which is designed for sales organizations to aid in selling the products of the manufacturer(s) they are representing. The mobile app utilizes seller’s / distributor’s and or manufacturer’s provided input and translates this into an interactive tool used for daily sales calls.

It is specifically designed for distributors and sales organizations allowing them to aid their representatives with increasing the efficiency of their individual sales calls.

During several training sessions it was noticed that sales representatives frequently struggle with the number of products they have to sell and keeping up with the available information. They rely on manufacturers to train them and provide the required materials.

The level of this support varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some companies offer a portal on which the distributor can gain access to the support materials but provide none or insufficient support to allow the seller / distributor to make effective use of this information.

This is either caused by the limitation of the accessibility method but also due to the inadequate comprehension of the sales representative on how to use the materials. In rare cases an interactive product guide is provided which could help the sales representative with selling the product. These product guides are mostly marketing orientated and inflexible when it comes to seller / distributor input.

Individual manufacturer designed product guides and the implementation of seller / distributor portal indicate the need for manufacturers to make support materials available for their seller / distributor’s sales representatives. The increasing requests for repetitive training from seller / distributor indicates the need for improving the comprehension of the provided support materials.

Sales Script is just the beginning and we aim to develop more tools creating a continuous bridge between the manufacturer and the sales representatives allowing for better support and better results.
