SAM-LiteSentiment is part of a family of enterprise applications that are designed to help ensure that all parties in a multi-party contract benefit to the maximum extent. For solution commissioners, SAM provides a template for running successful projects, an effective communications system between all the parties, real time logging of sentiment about the solution progress and a real-time dashboard to allow executives to pick up very quickly any issues with the project. For solution providers and sub contractors, SAM gives them a voice right back to the commissioning executives without filtering by lower level project managers. By making sure that issues are picked up early, issues that might be covered up or distorted by lower level managers are brought in to the open and can be dealt with promptly, leading to maximum success for all parties.
