What is it about?
Sandbach United Football Club was founded in 2004 following the merger of local teams Sandbach Ramblers and Sandbach Albion and are one of the largest grassroots football clubs in the country. From its humble beginnings the club has grown to 62 teams catering for boys and girls from soccer schools for reception age children to veterans’ teams and walking football. In 2020 the club won the prestigious National FA Grassroots Club of the Year award beating of competition from all over England. We pride ourselves on being a key part of the community in Sandbach, sharing our facility with disability groups, the U3A, Cerebral Palsy United and local primary schools.
