SaneBrain is an app that helps you increase mindfulness by counting down from 100. The app prompts you to tap in the count when a gong sound is played. You will have to keep focus and remember the correct count. The score shows how well you've performed.
By doing this countdown frequently helps you to achieve focus and calmness that would improve your wellbeing.
Now you can select the session durations from 5,10,15, or 20 minutes. You can also set a reminder for everyday practice.
