With the Service Connect app, Sartorius offers you an alternative to the traditional way of getting in contact via hotline or E-mail when you need service for your instruments.

Install the app also as a practical tool to help you manage your instruments: enter your instrument details once into the app, get an optimal overview of all your instruments and set a reminder for the next service. That’s the best way to keep your instrument running precisely.

Whenever you need maintenance or repair for your instruments, you can use Service Connect to easily send a service request to Sartorius in just a few steps. To do this, select your relevant instrument previously entered from the Instrument Manager, describe the reason for your request and add your contact details. Your service request can be sent at your own convenience and a member of the Sartorius Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

You can find all the necessary contact details for your Sartorius service directly in the app. During working hours, no matter if your question is technical or another issue, the telephone number is there ready to dial. Sartorius is always happy to help you.
