"SayDrop Merchant app can be used by our merchant partners in order to manager orders, catalogue and earnings.

How can i register as a merchant ?
Please visit our site www.saydrop.com and click on 'register as merchant' link. Once your details are validated, our team will follow up with you for onboarding process.

In which cities this service will be available ?
For now we are available in Montreal, but if you are from some other city, please feel free to register as we will be expanding our operations to other cities soon.

Do i need to assemble the order ?
Yes - we expect our partners to assemble the order and make it ready for our dropper to pick up. But at the time of onboarding, you will have freedom to choose assembly time of your choice. You can choose a default time you might need in order to make the order ready with an option to update the same at the time of accepting the order. Customer will see the estimated delivery time based on assembly time chosen by you.

Will you provide a device for me to mange the orders and catalogue ?
Yes - we will provide you a device which can be used to manage orders/ catalogue. Device will be available to you as long as you remain associated with us.

How payment will be made to me ?
The gross order amount will be paid directly to your bank account on the real time basis ( right at the time you recieve an order). Taxes will be consolidated and paid every two weeks.

What will happen if i run out of stock for an item i received in an order ?
For such cases, you will have option to edit the order at the time of accepting. The charges corresponding to that item will be reverted back automatically. Also in order to avoid any future order for such items (till you get it in stock again), you should also mark the item as out of stock.

Which mode of orders will be available ?
We will be offering both home delivery and take away options to our end users. They will be free to choose any of above based on their convenience. "
