Sayf is a mental health crisis support app. With the push of a button Sayf will say what you can't.
Sayf’s purpose is simple, to make seeking help as easy as possible.
Sayf allows you to check in with those who care about you, and let them know when you are okay, and when you are not. Sayf has been developed by those with lived experience of suicide. We understand what you are feeling, and we are here to help you feel safe when you need it the most.
Asking for help can be hard, we've made it as easy as it can be.
Add up to 3 contact, allow location services and at the push of a button they will be sent an SMS with your status and location:
Green "I'm feeling good today"
Orange "I'm feeling average, check on me" & location sent
Red "I'm not ok, I need help" & location sent".
Set daily reminders to update your status or push the buttons as needed.
The app also has uses beyond Mental Health Support, these might include:
- Domestic & Family Violence
- Teens at parties and other events
- Travelling solo or when on first dates
- Elderly fall or welfare alerting
