When I started planning applications, I had difficulty to understand and schedule the overal picture. The reason was inefficient ways of working. Time and energy was spent learning new things but also the overall project time management was a problem. Unnoticed the length of the project increaced.

I decided to implement application that can be used to understand the elapsed time of the project, and this will help to learn to schedule and allocate resources better.
