Scripto is perfect if you want to certify the date of creation of a document. Do you want to prove, for example, that the mildew in the apartment already existed at the time of moving in?
With the help of Scripto, within minutes you can create a time-certified PDF document including images without transmitting the content of the document.
After the timestamp is certified you can verify independently from the app that this PDF already existed at that time and was not created later.
Further areas for certified timestamps :
- copyright to images and ideas
- progress in construction work
- defects in borrowed items
Technical Details:
The documents are signed with the SHA3-512 hash, which has been approved by several governments and organizations (BSI, NIST, FIPS) for secure document certification.
Only this checksum is transmitted to us. Your data remains your data and will not be transmitted.
The checksums are combined in one file and its SHA3-512 hash is then entered into the Ethereum system.
The Ethereum system is designed to be tamper-proof.
This allows to check a certified timestamp without the help of the Scripto system. All you need is the document and the certificate file (sidechain), which you will receive after registration in the Ethereum system.
