With SecondPROP you can buy your second home shared between 2 and 8 people. You choose!

We take care of everything, creation of a limited company of owners, legal aspects and maintenance of the house:

- Search: Choose from our properties the one that you fall in love with and decide how much you want to have, from half to one eighth. In each house you can see the transparent price of each participation.
- Purchase: With SecondPROP you have REAL ownership of the property. We take care of creating a limited liability company (SL) where the owners possess 100% of the property, we do not keep anything.
- Enjoy: Book through our exclusive application for owners and enjoy your vacations or telecommuting in your new home. We take care of the maintenance.

It´s not a timeshare: Our purchase model has nothing to do with a timeshare, or better said, with SecondPROP you have the real ownership of the house.
