The SEFU product also helps a resident association digitally manage their Asset records, their Income and Expense Accounts, Water Consumption tracking and billing based on installed Water Meters, generate various types of Invoices and make Online Payment against Vendor Invoices. The product also allows residents to Pre-approve entry of Delivery Persons and Guests coming to their Houses, tracking of Child Exit and Entry from Campus, and exit of material giveaways by residents.
