Customers can scan the serial numbers of the defective equipment from their mobile device, quickly create a RMA, print the RMA label, affix the RMA label to the box and ship it back to the manufacturer. This eliminates customer calls to your call center, provides visibility to RMA tracking, accurate receiving and improved planning & forecasting resulting in reduced costs, lower receiving errors and increased productivity for the manufacturer.
Customers or employees can create offline or online service requests. This results in reduced call volumes & cost, SLA compliance, increased productivity and higher customer satisfaction.
