Simply and discreetly page your server at any restaurant or service location!
Open the app
Confirm the restaurant location displayed.
Enter table number (yes you need to ask not told at seating)
Press the "call waiter" button.
If the app shows that there are no waiters using the app at the location: Please Kindly ask the manager to enable it there now to allow you to use it.
For a restaurant to use it:
Open the App
Create user name and password (only required for the first time you log in!)
Confirm the restaurant location displayed.
Select tables to be notified from.
When seating customers, invite them to download and use ’Server Please’ to discretely summon their server, and tell them which table they are seated at.
Two ways of restaurant using the App for notification:
ONE device gets notifications of request for service, such as the manger's phone or the concierge desk’s tablet. They delegate the requests for service.
-OR-
Each waiter can specifically pic from a list of tables, which tables to be notified from of a 'request for service’ on their device in their pocket. THEY DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM THEIR POCKET. However, the can check the device if they can not see who is requesting service from their group of tables.
Notes of functionality:
Completely Free to use!
Proximity based. IF either the waiter or the customer leaves the proximity of the restaurant, the selected tables of the device are released in less than 3 minutes.
No identity information is exchanged such as phone number, text, nor email is exchanged between devices.
