App Store Description

Service One provides a single pathway for staff to request a service in one place, find the right service request within one minute, and complete one streamlined request for each service.

Our app directly connects Flinders University staff who need to request a service with staff who fulfill the service request.

The Service One app can be accessed through Okta single sign-on. Service One contains responsive features including easy-to-use drop-down menus, multiple selection buttons, text entry fields. Service One enables instant attachment of photos and documents. The ‘My Requests' feature presents the service request status, the name and contact details of the Service Specialist, and allows Requestors to cancel service requests. Service One also allows user feedback.
