SeylanPay is a mobile payment solution that brings convenience to your day to day life by making payments simple, secured, hassle-free and convenient. SeylanPay mobile app supports VISA, MasterCard and LanakaQR QR code payments at selected merchant outlets island wide.
You can make payments at any merchant who accept VISA, MasterCard and LANKAQR enabled with QR payment facilities Island wide.

All your Credit Card , Debit Card and Current Accounts , Savings Accounts issued by Seylan Bank can be registered to make the payments through the SeylanPay app. All you have to do is scan the QR code and enter the purchasing amount and PIN code.
SeylanPay mobile application is enabling you to;
• Register any payment Card (Debit, Credit) issued by Seylan Bank by validating the card number, expiry date, CVV2 and a One Time Password (OTP).
• Register Current Accounts and Savings Accounts opened with Seylan Bank by validating account number and NIC and One Time Password (OTP)
• Make payments by scanning a VISA, MasterCard and LANKAQR QR code at any merchant location.
• Obtain the status of the transaction with confirmation.
• View transaction history.
• Remove any card or account linked to the app when you want.
• Raise a complaint about a disputed transaction using the app and it will be notified to the merchant instantly.
• Reset application password within the App itself.
• Support for the self-registration through consumer app.
