The History of SHABUSHI in Hollywood, California began in 2016. It is owned and operated by a team whose vision extends beyond just business. The name, “SHABUSHI”, is a mash-up of “Shabu Shabu & Sushi” - the common foods that come into mind when people think of Japanese cuisine. Our mission is to offer customers the best Japanese hot pot in the US.
