When the driver leaves the Shag Carpet warehouse with their delivery, a link is sent to the customer. The link will allow customers to have real-time tracking of their items for their event by tracking the delivery driver’s progress along the route and estimating arrival time. We understand that customers are handling many logistics with their events and item arrival time is important.

Update notifications can also be sent when the driver arrives at the event location and when they complete the setup or strike of the event.

Drivers can use the app for:
• Viewing their task assignments on a calendar interface.
• Turn-by-turn directions.
• Viewing customer details and easily contacting them.
• The ability to take pictures, make notes, and chat with customers or Operations Mission Control.
• Automatically notifying customers when a task is started or completed.
