Many aspects of well-being and decision making are done retroactively, when we're already in need. Crazy, but it's true. Shape & Foster will take you on a 12-month journey of personal development, and provide knowledge and actionable insight via professionals in mental health, fitness, nutrition, financial planning and life coaching, as well as live yoga classes.

Our mission will be to assist your personal development. Whether this is via enhancing your knowledge through our experts or simply providing a community for shared experience.

Our experts have curated 12-month programs (aka courses), each with their own unique journey. Programs provide learning in pillars integral to a healthy heart and healthy mind, with actionable insight to implement. Every month you have 2-3 hours of new video content (and some worksheets) to consume, which will assist your development. We'll also have live Q&A's and ongoing conversations within the app where you can interact with the experts. Additionally, we'll have live online yoga for members.
