Have you ever looked around at airports? Everyone has their headphones in pretending to watch or read something important on their phone, acting like they don't give a hoot about anyone else. Does it have to be like that? Does it have to be so lonely?

Actually, it doesn't. All around you at every airport there are fascinating people. If you turned off your screen and said hello, you might find out like we did that the older guy next to you was a bomber pilot in WWII and when he got home he provided some funding to a friend of his for a little company that became...wait for it, Walmart. Or you might find out that the guy on the other side of you is a comedian who started his own television channel and that he'll keep you rolling on the floor with laughter until your airplane boards. We don't have to keep bouncing from one internet page to another looking for something to entertain us. The thing that matters most – meaningful relationships – has been right there next to us all along.

ShareAir is about connecting with real people face-to-face. It's about sharing meaningful conversations. It's about giving and receiving with people who share our common interests.

It's simple. Post a request about something you want to learn or share and then include how long you'll be at your location. Then wait for people to reach out to you or browse requests from other people who have already put themselves out there. And off you go. No upgrades. No purchases. All we ask is that you say hi to someone new.
