Requesting your Shelp is easy – here’s how it works:
- Just open the app, take a photo of your package where you want it to go.
- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick it up.
- You will receive a notification when your package arrives.
- The receiver will be asked to confirm everything arrived ok!

Note: continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
