Sherbet is the only taxi provider in London to provide Guaranteed Electric Taxis on every journey. In addition, you can trust our drivers to ensure that they clean the taxi after every trip to ensure your safety at all times.

Sherbet’s App allows you to book, track and amend all your taxi bookings in a few simple clicks. You get live tracking, emailed receipts, and you can save your card details on your App to make the payment process simple. Not only that, but you can save your favourite address information and check your previous booking history.

Sustainability: Our vehicles are Licensed London Electric Taxis, which means every trip and every mile is less polluting than our competitors using traditional combustion engine vehicles. We don’t need to Carbon offset as your ride is doing the job for you. In addition to our sustainability, it means all our vehicles are ULEZ compliant, so we don’t have to charge extra for entering the ULEZ zones; it is all part of the Sherbet service.

Safe: This is key to your confidence, and our drivers have received NHS training on cleaning the taxi after every trip. We go the extra mile to ensure the vehicle is cleaned and safe for your ride.

Trips: On-Demand & Pre Booked, your choice. Whether its into the office, home from the office, the school run, travelling between meetings or travelling to and from the Airport, you can trust Sherbet with your trip requirements. We offer meet & greet at the London Airports, and if we are picking you up from the Airport, we track your flight to make sure we are on time for you.

Pricing: Although we are a Licensed Taxi service and all our vehicles are fitted with TFL approved Taxi Meters, when you book with us, all our fares are competitive fixed prices. This means you know before you travel how much the trip will cost. There is no meter anxiety with Sherbet. In fact, our pricing is very competitive in comparison with our competitors. We don’t believe in price surging either. We have the same rates, no matter how high or low the demand is. Our drivers are trusted to deliver you from A2B competitively.

Payment: Card, Account or Cash – Sherbet offer you the flexibility to decide how you want to pay for your ride. You can go cashless and save your personal or corporate card details securely on the App to make booking and payment simple and straightforward. If you’re an Account Customer, you can book your trip and charge it to your account. Not yet an account holder, email ride@sherbetlondon.com and our team can set your account up for you.

Invoicing: You will receive an email after each completed trip with details of your journey, the fare and any applicable local taxes, e.g. VAT applied. We also offer you a carbon saving calculator so you can see how much you saved and positively contributed to London’s Air Quality. For Businesses, we can send you a monthly report to help with your CSR objectives.

Drivers: All our drivers are licensed TFL Taxi Drivers. They are approved and trusted to deliver the taxi service. Whatsmore, we provide our drivers with Ambassador training to make sure they go that extra mile to look after you, the Customer. On average, our drivers have spent three years learning the London knowledge making sure you get from A2B quickly and safely. Our drivers don’t need sat nav; they know the route.

Vehicles: Electric Taxis running on Electric to ensure your commute doesn’t pollute. All our vehicles come as standard with a purpose-built passenger compartment, purpose-built partition screen to separate you from the driver, separate climate control from the driver, panoramic roof to enjoy the London skyline, sit up to 6 people comfortably, free WiFi, USB ports and three-pin plugs to help keep you charged & connected.
