Shire Calendar

The Shire Calendar brings a bit of Middle-earth to your iOS device and Apple Watch. It will display the current day in the calendar of the Hobbits in the app or optionally inside the Today view of the notification center.

The date of the Shire calendar is exactly calculated based on the current date and J.R.R. Tolkien's explanations from the appendices of The Lord of the Rings. All characteristic rules of the Hobbits' calendar are considered and accurately reproduced.

Notice:
To add the widget to your Today view open the notification center, scroll down to the bottom and choose "Edit". Now tap the green plus icon next to "Shire Calendar".
