Shotokan Kata by Pemba Tamang V1

Pemba Tamang, the first foreigner to graduate the infamous JKA Kenshusei (instructor) course, is actively teaching Shotokan Karate across the world. At over 50 years old he continue to diligently practice all 26 Shotokan Kata. He would like to share, via this application the first 8 basic Kata, 5 Heian Kata and 3 Tekki Kata.
