What is it about?

To use Showrunner, you of course need to have TV shows to track. And the app makes it easy for you to do so: Just search for the titles of the shows you want to track and add them. The app also lets you discover new shows to track by browsing titles by genre or network. Once you’ve added the shows that you wish to follow, you can mark the episodes and seasons you’ve seen, so you can be sure whether you’re behind or caught up. Showrunner will then notify you of new episodes. You can choose to be notified at the exact time a new episode airs or, better yet, you can opt to be notified ahead of the start of a new episode by a certain time span.

Get notifications. Get a push notification to alert you when a new episode of one of your favorite TV shows is available. The good thing is instead of receiving a notification at the exact time a show airs, you get to decide how ahead of the actual airing time the notification should be. Set Showrunner to notify you an hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, or 5 minutes before the show starts. You can even set a custom time span if you’re a premium user.

Discover shows. Getting started with tracking TV shows is quite easy in Showrunner. Just search for your favorite shows, add them, and you’re good to go. All caught up and looking for even more shows to watch? Go to the app’s Discover section and explore programs by genre or network.
