Sign up form for collecting sales leads at trade shows and events. Simply setup your form details and imagery and set your iPhone or iPad out for people to sign up when they come visit your booth.

To upload to Mailchimp or other marketing platform, simply download your data and upload our CSV directly into their platform!

Each field is customizable, if you want to store an ID number, simply update the name of the appropriate field in the configuration screen. Abandon forms auto-submit after 10 seconds.

To get to the configuration, simply select the white circle icon on the bottom right of the screen. You can protect the configuration screen by configuring a passcode, available in the details view of the app.

If you forget your passcode, you can add a master password using your phone's settings.
