Simon Connect℠ is a unique app to aid the communication between shopping center management and retailers and the wider community of Simon.
Employees and managers from stores or restaurants, within participating Simon properties, that create a free account within Simon Connect can:
1. Access all the latest news and events at their centers
2. Get amazing special offers and discounts for other stores in the shopping center
3. Request assistance from the center management team by opening up work/support tickets
4. Have instant access to important documents and contact information
5. Receiving security briefings and critical alerts about situations that unfold at the center
6. Participate in various surveys and feedback collection efforts that strive to ever-improve the shopping experience for everyone
NOTE: Currently there are six participating centers that Simon Connect applies to, which are: SouthPark Mall, Charlotte Premium Outlets, Concord Mills, Mall of Georgia, North Georgia Premium Outlets and Town Center at Boca Raton.
