Simple Invoice by Machine+Love

This app will work great for you if you need to send quick invoices from your phone.

The app is designed specifically for people who need to create invoices for small, service-based projects. Once the app is set up with your details, it should take around 60 seconds or less to create and send an invoice.

You will be able to share this invoice with your customer using a text message from your phone (e.g. WhatsApp, Messenger, Messages, it’s your choice). So it works well with how you are likely already chatting with your customers.

The app was made specifically with solo freelancers and contractors in mind (e.g. designers, content creators, trades-people, massage therapists, counselors, consultants, etc..).

It’s also made for people who prefer to work on their phones when it comes to doing the business and financial stuff like creating invoices. So there will be NO desktop version.

This app is NOT for you if you need to create complex invoices for large projects with a ton of line items. You’ll probably find it frustrating to use it for that, since it’s designed instead for speed and simplicity.

A personal note from the app designer...

As a User Experience Designer by trade, I'm pretty excited about how this app turned out. I think it is probably the best mobile workflow for creating invoices for small projects that I've seen. Of course, I'd love your feedback. Together we can make it even better.

Also, as the app designer, I want to be honest and transparent about what you're getting and how much it costs. Unlike other invoice apps out there that try to lock you in to expensive credit card processing fees or sell your data, I promise I won’t do that. Instead, I’ll try to provide as much value as possible within a simple pricing plan.

I believe that you, the small business owner, should have control over how you bill your customers. To support this within this app, for example, you can connect to any payment collection service you want, at no additional cost to you.*
