This app is created to assist people in overcoming their limiting beliefs. We achieve these results by identifying our current thoughts and adjusting them, so that love for self is the only possible outcome. These results are achieved through our lessons section of the app. In this section, we have videos that cover, “Self-Love,” “Why We Do What We Do,” “Making Relationships Work” and include a section on “Financial Basics.”

The Podcast “A Simpler Life” receives new content every Monday (Self Love Monday) and Thursday (Relationship Thursday). The podcast will help people to realize they are enough, deserve to be in meaningful relationships, and have the life they truly desire.

Ultimately, the goal of this app is to encourage and show you how to create "A Simpler Life."
