Our RTS items will ship within in 48 hours from purchase. Our MEGA SALES start on Friday and End on Sundays. Those orders will ship out on the following Friday. We do not take refunds on screens, however we do highly value our customers and will do everything we can to have a GREAT relationship with all of you. If you receive your order and you have an issue you MUST send an email within 72 hours of it being delivered for us to replace any items missing or damaged from packing. Restocks. These are obviously an as needed basis. Local friends. I do not offer local pickup. All of our screens are pressed at 325 for 7-10 seconds with heavy pressure! You MUST have a heat press to be able to use these sublimation transfers and screen print transfers. CANNOT be applied with an Iron. Screen Print Transfers can be used on ANY type of material or color. Sublimation Transfers You MUST use light colored garments that are a minimum of 65% polyester. The higher the polyester, the more vibrant the color! I HIGHLY recommend the Bella Canvas White Marble shirts. Press Sublimation Transfers at 400 degrees for 60 seconds.
