Simply Fit App

Simply Fit is an app designed to allow trainers to create personalized workouts for their clients with ease. Trainers can run these workouts when it is time for their session with the built in timer so they can focus on their client. They can manage their clients easily as well. Simply Fit provides a built in calendar which allows trainers to manage their schedule, with them being able to see today's schedule and their upcoming schedule. The schedules can easily be changed. Additionally, the trainer has the option to create workouts for repeated use or even choose from existing standard workouts.

Simply Fit allows individual users to create workouts for personal use or use existing workouts. Just like a trainer, they can run them and see them on their schedule. While Simply Fit is specifically designed for trainers and clients, these options provide the individual with the freedom to do what they choose. In addition, clients who have a trainer can use the app with their trainer.
