With HealthKit, this app tracks calories, heartbeat, and workouts within the app for most effective tracking. Furthermore, if you own an Apple Watch you may enjoy activity tracking experience!
Basically, you can view all your health, workout, and activity data in one place. And, you can set your own goals and be informed if they have been reached or not.
The only thing you need is to enter the name of the workout, reps, and weight, and it will tell you the total volume of workout per day.
You can enter activity data either from Apple Watch or manually. It includes your heart rate, calories, distance, duration, and speed.
Furthermore, you can see your workout and activity history!
Note: It is not possible to view heart / calories, and weight information on an iPad.
