SIMpull Solutions®Configurator

What is it about?

Southwire's SIMpull Solutions® Configurator allows the user to load a wire feeder schedule following a step by step process that will build paralleled runs with SIMpull heads. The user can then stack like runs or different runs on a reel and see accurate weight and reel size dimensions. If job restrictions limit the size reel on a job, the user can define those restrictions when building their reels. If A Frames and/or a SIMpull Truck is needed on the job, the stack reels can be configured on a SIMpull Truck easily, allowing the user to define the wire payoff direction, and A Frame position on the bed of a trailer, eliminating all potential delivery errors. Once the feeder schedule is loaded, the entire bill or materials can be submitted to Southwire's system for a seamless quotation or order placement and provides a visual aid and hard copy for all parties involved in the order and delivery process. This app enhances the communication process of the SIMpull Solutions experience and is one of many great apps provided by Southwire.
